Defective Product: If you believe that you have a defective product you must first contact us to obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. You will need to ship the defective item back to EZ Roll-Out Solutions postage paid. Once we receive the item and verify that it is defective, we will reimburse you for the shipping charges. The item will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. You will not be charged for shipping on the replacement item. If the exact product is no longer available, we will supply a similar product of equal or greater value or refund your money.
Damaged in Shipping: All EZ Roll-Out Solutions products are shipped insured. If you suspect that an item was damaged in shipping please have the driver note the damage on your copy of the delivery form. We will work with you and the shipper to help resolve the claim.
Products not manufactured by EZ Roll-Out Solutions: If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased from us but not manufactured by us, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. You must first contact us to obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. We will refund your purchase price minus the original shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. Note: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. The RGA number must be written on the package. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from date of delivery! The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs in connection with returning items.
All refunds are issued in the same form as payment received.
Custom Products manufactured by EZ Roll-Out Solutions: At EZ Roll-Out Solutions we do not make cookie cutter or one size fits all type products. Our roll-outs are custom made based on your exact measurements to fit your cabinets perfectly. We use the side mounting method in order to make our roll-outs adjustable. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns can not be accepted. Please measure twice or even three times to assure proper measurements. If we make a mistake and send you a wrong size product, please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
